We are seeking a highly capable Business Systems Analyst II with a strong background in healthcare IT implementations to join a dynamic team at the CHRISTUS Irving Corporate Office. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with clarity, and brings deep experience delivering technology solutions within hospital or clinical settings.

This is not a QA or testing-focused role. We are looking for a true implementation partner who can drive projects forward, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective system solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and facilitate project meetings with clinical and operational leadership
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements
  • Translate workflows into technical designs that support operational efficiency
  • Drive end-to-end healthcare system implementations, including EMR and third-party applications
  • Partner with internal teams and facility support to ensure successful system deployment and adoption
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation such as:
    • Project charters
    • Status reports
    • Meeting minutes and agendas
    • Process flows and workflow diagrams
  • Support system optimization and ongoing application functionality post-implementation

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on healthcare implementation experience
  • Direct experience working with healthcare providers (hospitals or clinics required; insurance background will not be considered)
  • Proven experience with EMR implementations such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena
  • Exposure to Epic modules and related projects
  • Experience implementing or supporting third-party healthcare applications, such as:
    • Sectra
    • Waystar
    • Capsule
    • SoftBank
  • Familiarity with ancillary systems across Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology, or similar departments
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow design
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • High level of accountability with the ability to clearly articulate past project experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (proof required at submission)
  • Demonstrated success delivering implementation-focused projects in healthcare environments
  • Ability to work onsite as required
