Elder Law Paralegal Position Available with Boutique Established Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm in LA.

What you will be doing:
- Drafting demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery and motions
- E-filing
- Calendar management
- Summarizing medical records, discovery responses, deposition transcripts, and facility records
- Assisting with trial preparation, witness lists, trial subpoenas, and exhibit management
- Preparing and organizing exhibit binders, trial materials, and mediation briefs
- Communicating with clients to gather updates, documents, and case-related information
- Coordinate experts, medical providers, and vendors
- Providing streamlined support to 1-2 attorneys, on a team along with 1 other dedicated elder law paralegal
What you must have:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, with experience involving neglect and abuse in nursing homes, medical negligence, or personal injury
- Those whose values align with client service, compassion and advocacy tend to do well here
Compensation, Benefits, Add’l:
- Compensation is $40-50/hr ($83k-104k annualized)
- Hybrid OR onsite work options
- 40 hour per week position
- Medical, dental and vision are covered at 100%
- 401k match is 3%
- Position open due to growth (not a backfill)
