Base Salary Range: $75000 - $80000

What you will be doing:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the site QMS (ISO 9001, AIB where applicable)

• Lead internal/external audits and manage CAPA through to closure

• Oversee quality control across flexo, coating, die-cutting, and slitting processes

• Act as primary contact for customer quality issues; lead root cause analysis on complaints

• Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and manage supplier quality performance

What you must have:

• 5–8+ years quality experience in manufacturing (labels, packaging, or printing preferred)

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and packaging standards (e.g., AIB)

• Fluent French and very good English (written and spoken)

• Experience with printing/converting processes and root cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)

• Experience leading audits, CAPA programs, root cause analysis, and customer complaint investigations

• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining an ISO 9001 QMS

Nice to have:

• Experience with food-contact, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic packaging regulations

• Experience in the label, printing, packaging, or converting industry

• Knowledge of flexographic printing, adhesives, substrates, inks, and color management

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives

• Lean/Six Sigma certification

• ERP and QMS software proficiency

Salary/Rate Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
